Dr. Varano has been providing state-of-the-art superior dental care for over 25 years and has surrounded himself with team members who are as passionate as he is to provide compassionate, precision care. Dr. Varano is an attending doctor at NYU Winthrop University Medical Center, where he provides instruction and training to the dental residents. He is a past President of the Eastern Dental Society of New York, a former instructor at NYU College of Dentistry, and Presiding Officer at the Greater NY Dental Meetings. Dr. Varano is at the forefront of dental education by attending close to 50 hours of continuing educational classes a year, ensuring that his patients receive the most up-to-date comprehensive and advanced dental care available. His certification in the Chao Pinhole Gum Rejuvenation makes him one of the few dentists in the New York metro area to offer this revolutionary treatment to our patients as an alternative to grafting. He is also a Preferred Provider of Invisalign orthodontic treatment.
Dr. Varano lives in the community, is married and the proud father of three children.

Dr. Sal Varano is part of a proud lineage of respected dentists, following the footsteps of his father Dominick, a renowned restorative dentist in New York City. Dr. Sal graduated with Honors from New York University College of Dentistry, where he was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Dental Society. He went on to complete his dental residency at the renowned VA Medical Center in Manhattan and was most recently inducted as a Fellow into the International Academy of DentoFacial Aesthetics.
Dr. Varano has recently been featured in a front-page article in the Garden City Life newspaper for his volunteerism providing free dental treatment to members of the Lakota Indian tribe at the St Francis Mission in Rosebud, South Dakota.
